FAQ
- Does the app require internet? CapRandom runs completely offline and does not upload or collect any personal information.
- How are images processed and saved? It uses iOS native Vision and Core Image for recognition and segmentation. Processed images can be saved to the CapRandom album in your system photos.
- What if permissions are denied? Go to iOS Settings → CapRandom → Enable Camera/Photos permissions.
- Where is data stored? Item and category information is stored locally via Core Data, existing only on your device.
- How to backup or migrate data? Currently, we recommend using system-level iCloud device backup; uninstalling the app will delete local data.
- Supported system versions? iOS 16 and above recommended for the best experience.
