Terms of Use
The service
Cove is a personal records manager. It lets you keep photographs and details of your own documents — passports, ID cards, driver's licenses, bank cards and statements — organized on your devices.
Your content, your responsibility
You are responsible for the content you store and for the accuracy of any details you enter or correct. Recognition is a convenience that produces suggestions; you confirm what is saved. Keep your own backups of critical documents.
Purchases
Cove v1 is provided free of charge, with no advertising. If paid tiers are introduced later, their terms will be shown in the app before any purchase.
Acceptable use
Only store content you have the right to store. Do not use Cove to manage documents that are not lawfully yours.
No warranty
The app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. While local storage and iCloud sync are designed to be reliable, we are not liable for data loss — use the Export feature to keep copies.
Changes
These terms may change as the app evolves. Material changes will be shown in the app before taking effect.
