Website information
Contact enquiry privacy
Last updated 2 November 2026.
What is collected
If you choose to contact me about advisory services, the information you provide may include your name, email, business or industry, current tools, business problem, timeline and optional budget. Please do not share passwords, confidential records or personal information about your customers.
Why it is used
This information is used to evaluate and respond to your enquiry and, if you decide to proceed, to discuss the scope of potential work. Submitting an enquiry does not sign you up for promotional emails or create a contract.
How the website enquiry form works
When the secure form is enabled, the browser uses Cloudflare Turnstile to check for automated abuse. The server sends accepted enquiries through an email delivery provider to the contact inbox. The email service provider may process the content as necessary to deliver the message. No form confirmation is displayed unless the provider accepts the email for delivery.
The contact email link is an alternative: it opens your own email application, and nothing is sent by the website until you choose to send it.
Free Technology Decision Desk
The free Technology Decision Desk generates a rule-based summary inside your browser. The choices and optional note are not submitted to the site server or stored in an account. If you explicitly use its email link, the contents are passed to your own email application; you choose whether to send the message. Copying the brief keeps the action on your device.
Storage and requests
Messages are maintained in the contact inbox and associated email-provider systems according to their operational settings and applicable requirements. No short automatic deletion period is promised. To request access, correction or deletion of information you have sent, contact jindeq52@gmail.com and identify the enquiry. Requests will be reviewed subject to legal and business record obligations.
Other services
Links to independently operated websites, social platforms or products may have their own privacy practices. Please review their terms before submitting any information to them.
