I work across business needs, product decisions and engineering delivery. Since 2016, my professional experience has included enterprise software, questionnaire SaaS, configurable workflows, CRM and ERP, e-commerce and internal systems. In recent years I have focused on AI applications and agent architectures.

My work often begins before a technology stack has been chosen: understanding the operational problem, mapping the people and data involved, comparing whether to buy, integrate or build, and deciding how to measure a successful implementation.

I also build software directly. That experience helps me evaluate proposals, identify delivery risks, and make recommendations that remain practical beyond a presentation.

Product and technical work including cross-border e-commerce, recruitment services, web and mobile-related experiments. This role combines product decisions with direct implementation.

Developed survey-system capabilities covering questionnaire design, publishing, collection and results. Contributed to a configurable workflow product involving triggers, function nodes, data tables and third-party integration; participated in feature reviews, implementation and documentation.

Worked on CRM structure, sales-lead management and integration with third-party enterprise systems. Also developed customer-service process tooling for email and telephone cases.

Worked on website performance and an ERP covering procurement, inventory and orders, together with advertising-platform data integration.

Contributed to ERP modules across products, procurement, logistics and after-sales. Also worked on risk-control integrations and internal application modularization.

Technology foundation

Backend and system engineering experience includes Elixir / Phoenix, Go, PHP, JavaScript / TypeScript, relational databases, asynchronous systems, APIs and cloud deployment. I use technology choices to serve the required workflow and business constraints, not as a checklist of frameworks to sell.

Northwest A&F University — Bachelor’s degree in Food Science and Engineering, 2010–2014.
