Survey SaaS and configurable workflow systems

Business or product context

A survey product needed reusable questionnaire functions and workflow tools that could combine triggers, data tables, functions and third-party integrations.

My actual involvement

Senior backend developer. Participated in product/feature review, development, implementation and documentation of survey and workflow capabilities.

Technical and product considerations

  • How configuration, triggers and functions relate to the underlying data model
  • Where tool and workflow boundaries should be explicit
  • How changes to a reusable workflow feature affect multiple product scenarios

Evidence and limits

Employment history and individual project responsibilities are documented in the professional background. Internal project code, contracts and business KPIs are not publicly disclosed.

CRM, operational data and internal systems

Business or product context

Sales, customer-service, procurement, stock and order workflows depend on consistent records and communication between different business systems.

My actual involvement

Worked on CRM development, integrations with external sales-management data, customer-service tooling, and procurement/inventory/order modules across prior engineering positions.

Technical and product considerations

  • Data ownership and identifiers across different operational modules
  • Permissions, change propagation and system-to-system integration boundaries
  • Choosing between incremental improvements and larger replacement projects

Evidence and limits

These are responsibilities from prior employment, not separate contracts awarded to my current independent advisory practice. No unverified ROI or customer performance figures are claimed.

Jinn — AI agent workbench research

Business or product context

Multi-step agent work needs more than a chat interface: tools, execution state, human decisions, results and errors must remain understandable.

My actual involvement

Independent design and engineering of a desktop workbench, capability contracts and agent execution mechanisms.

Technical and product considerations

  • Keeping agent runtime and external capabilities decoupled
  • Tracing decisions, actions and output artifacts through a run
  • Designing recoverable execution and human oversight boundaries

Evidence and limits

This demonstrates ongoing technical research, not a proven enterprise implementation. Its features, reliability and distribution continue to evolve.
